1. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

2. AI Disclaimer

This app uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate recipes and identify ingredients.

• Accuracy: AI may make mistakes. Always verify ingredients and recipes before cooking.
• Safety: Do not eat unknown ingredients, such as mushrooms or plants, based solely on the app's identification. The developers are not liable for health issues resulting from food prepared using this app.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The app offers a Pro subscription that unlocks additional features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID or Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscriptions renew automatically unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
• You can manage and cancel subscriptions in your account settings on the App Store or Google Play.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. By uploading them, you grant us a license to process those photos to provide the service.

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these terms.

6. Changes to Terms
