By downloading or using the QUBI Chef app, these terms will automatically apply to you.

1. Use of the App

You agree to use the app only for lawful purposes. You are responsible for all activity associated with your account.

2. AI Disclaimer (Important)

This app uses Artificial Intelligence (AI) to generate recipes and identify ingredients.

• Accuracy: AI may make mistakes. Always verify ingredients and recipes before cooking.
• Safety: Do not eat unknown ingredients (e.g., mushrooms, plants) solely based on the app's identification. The developers are not liable for any health issues resulting from the consumption of food prepared using this app.

3. Subscriptions and Payments

The app offers a "Pro" subscription that unlocks unlimited features.

• Payment will be charged to your Apple ID / Google Play account at confirmation of purchase.
• Subscription automatically renews unless auto-renew is turned off at least 24 hours before the end of the current period.
• You can manage and cancel your subscriptions in your Account Settings on the App Store / Google Play.

4. User Content

You retain ownership of the photos you upload. However, by uploading, you grant us a license to process these photos to provide the service (ingredient analysis).

5. Termination

We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your account if you violate these Terms.

6. Changes to Terms

We may update our Terms of Use from time to time. You are advised to review this page periodically for any changes.
